[Our proud tetchiri hotpot course] The six dishes are simmered in water, tetsunabe, fried chicken tetchiri hotpot, rice porridge, and dessert. The ponzu sauce is made from kabosu, mandarin oranges, and sudachi oranges from Shikoku and is then matured.We use tiger pufferfish weighing over 1.3 kg, so the meat is thick and full of collagen.
