[Our proud grilled fugu course] The six dishes consist of boiled fugu, sashimi, deep-fried fugu, grilled fugu, rice porridge, and dessert ponzu sauce made with Shikoku kabosu, orange, and sudachi citrus fruits, and is dipped in Korean seasoning before being grilled several times.We use tiger pufferfish weighing over 1.3 kg, so the meat is thick and full of collagen.
